A few weeks ago, I found myself needing to soothe my body after speaking my truth and creating boundaries. After doing some embodiment work, I created the "I AM Supported" meditation to really help ground my body and nourish my nervous system. It made a big difference.
When we dare to take up space, be seen, speak our truth, follow our dreams, make ourselves our #1 priority, we're often at the edge (or outside!) of our comfort zone.
Being courageous is important, and requires us to support and nourish our nervous system so we feel anchored and safe in the process.
